Learning should not only be limited to the classroom. That is why Pathlighters from Primary 3 and Edison were very fortunate to visit the Unicurd factory on 17 April 2007.
Unicurd is a beancurd factory. Students learnt the origins of beancurd from soy beans to the tofu that we eat and the soya bean drink.
The students were given a tour of the factory and a briefing of the work that takes place.
The students were given free soya bean drinks and soya dessert. They were really excited to try the foods and really enthusiastic to participate in the question and answer session.
