Pathlighters learnt to respect other races and cultures other then their own. They were exposed to the Indian culture, and ate with their hands in an Indian vegetarian restaurant and tried food they had never tried before. They also visited a Hindu temple and many shops selling jewellery and peacock feathers. They enjoyed the cultural experience so much that they requested to go back there again!
