PATHLIGHTERS' MAKING A DIFFERENCE - SHARE-A-MEAL 2009

Our Primary 5 students from Shorea class made a difference by helping out at MILK Fund’s Share-a-Meal 2009 Community Involvement Programme on 19 January 2009.
Share-a-Meal is an annual fund raising event organized by MILK Fund to support students from financially difficult homes. MILK (Mainly I love kids) is one of our most valued partners which provide financial support to a number of our students.
Our students worked alongside volunteers from the Police Academy and helped to label donation cans. They were so efficient in their work, and completed labeling 200 cans in less than 30 minutes! Volunteer ASP Dennis then treated them to an educational briefing on the daily activities of police cadets and the Police Academy. Students even got a brief tour of the Academy.
