Our Primary 4 students were privileged to visit the US Navy’s Destroyer ship. Our wonderful hosts took us on a special tour of the ship. Students even got to sit in the Captain’s seat in the control room and visit the command centre where they monitor and fire missiles. The highlight of the outing was when some of the students got to sit in the pilot’s seat of the helicopter. Our hosts prepared a special treat of refreshments including cookies and fruits for our students. All students enjoyed the enriching tour and also the company of the US Navy personnel.
