Our Pathlighters had a whale of a time at East Coast Beach building sandcastles with volunteers from UBS AG. Sandcastle building is an experiential activity that cultivates resilience, creativity, confidence and communication. Our students took to the activity with much enthusiasm and ease. They were truly fascinated by the creative process and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
They were also treated to cookies and ice-cream, and took turns to tell the crowd stories about their sandcastles. Our grateful thanks go out to UBS AG who organised and sponsored the entire outing. It was a fabulously fun event for all!
