On 30 August 2017, our Primary 3 students escaped from the confines of a classroom for a fun day out at Bollywood Veggies in Kranji! The Science Learning Journey allowed them to enjoy experiential learning on the topic of plants (covered in the Science syllabus) in an authentic environment. They attended a “Little Green Fingers Tour”, comprising a guided farm tour and a planting workshop. It was a truly memorable experience for all, as they even tried their hand at planting lemongrass, pandan and southernwood!
