Our Secondary 2 Express and Normal Academic students kick-started the academic year with a Geography and Science Investigation Field Trip to MacRitchie Reservoir.
Not their usual walk in the park, our students investigated the impact of various climate and environmental factors such as humidity, tree cover density, water pH levels and temperature. Friendships were forged as our students worked together and presented their findings on the effects of human activities on the environment. They gained a deeper appreciation for nature and learnt more about Singapore’s conservation strategies as well as the importance of caring for our nature reserves/parks.
Another example of how learning at Pathlight isn’t just in the classroom
