Ice Cream Workshop for Secondary Three Students

Students from the secondary 3 cohort attended a workshop at Ice Cream Chefs as part of their Food and Nutrition syllabus. Prior to the outing, students were taught in class the process of making a traditional ice popsicle. The workshop served as a platform for experiential learning for the students as they got to observe and attempt in making ice cream in a commercial environment. Pathlighters had great fun, taking their learning outside the classroom!
